Ninja Theory Limited is a first-party British video game development studio based in Cambridge. Notable games it has developed include Kung Fu Chaos, Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, DmC: Devil May Cry and Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice.
Triggered by a lease break available on its existing Cambridge office, Ninja were offered the opportunity to buy into a freehold development scheme in the centre of Cambridge.
Having completed a detailed design brief, Francis Hunter worked with the developer's team to integrate the occupational requirements into the shell and core works. In parallel with the build a totally unique fit out solution was procured and the works executed on the completion of the shell.
Over a 36 month period, Francis Hunter provided Project Monitoring services for the development base build, then Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration for the fit out, furniture and follow on day 2 and day 3 works packages including the fit out of an integrated public house.
