Profit share scheme
Up to 1/12 of basic salary paid annually (qualification period applies).
Upon joining Francis Hunter you have the option of joining the workplace pension scheme where both you and the company make contributions
22 days paid leave (plus bank holidays), rising by 1 day per year for each full holiday year employed, to a maximum of 25 days
If you die while employed by us we will pay 2 times your annual basic salary to your nominated beneficiary (qualification period applies)
Cycle to work scheme
An HMRC approved salary sacrifice scheme to save on the cost of buying a bike for cycling to work is offered to all employees. Employees agree to a monthly reduction from their gross pay – saving income tax and National Insurance contributions.
