Following a lease surrender, Francis Hunter was appointed as project manager, cost consultant and contract administrator to provide a cosmetic refurbishment of external facade and internal office space at 200 Dashwood Lang.

The building was tired and dated but still very serviceable. All the main building services and finishes were replaced and by re-planning cores and toilets, accommodated new showers and changing facilities were added.

Refurbishment and reglazing of the dated tinted facades together with new landscaping and surfacing provided a fresh new look.
