Following demolition of the former White House office building, Francis Hunter coordinated the development, design and planning of a new landmark office development.
The site area was maximised by increasing car parking ratios though decked car parks and combining with the adjacent commonly-owned office developments. Working with the established team, the project is now at pre-construction stage and will provide one of the major opportunities for new office locations within Sussex.
Utilising up-to-date standards of specification and sustainability, the building has been developed to provide flexible accommodation reflecting the likely office requirements over the next ten years.
