The entire ground floor of Two Bracknell Boulevard now houses 60 of Technogym's UK employees. The new 14,000 sqft space also incorporates a full working gym and showroom.
Following the completion of the superb new headquarters in Cesena, Italy, Technogym's UK team appointed Francis Hunter to capture the principles of that design and weave this into the newly acquired space in Bracknell.
The project was carried out in two phases with one wing of the building providing quality administration and the other wing fitted out as a gym and demonstration area for sales and training purposes. Matching the finishes and design principles established in Cesena, the project team delivered a quality solution to a budget.
Tendered on a single stage turn key design and build basis, Francis Hunter provided project management, contract administration and cost consultancy services.
