Schneider Electric's move from their surplus office space in central London to a new building in Land Securities Victoria has provided the company with a perfect canvas for their new corporate identity to be incorporated into the design solution.
The detailed brief for this project included the need to integrate new staff from a recently acquired competitor and to identify areas where Schneider Electric products could be used in the fit out.
After acquiring an early lease surrender, Francis Hunter managed the fit-out process through to occupation. The fit-out work was tendered on a single stage turnkey design and build basis. In keeping with the brief, furniture was re-used from the previous space and integrated successfully into the new solution.
