Following Francis Hunter's appointment, we carried out project management, quantity surveyor and employer's agent roles for its proposed relocation within Windsor.
Record's existing landlord was upgrading Morgan House, so after reviewing the local market, the company made the decision to move into the two upper floors.
Francis Hunter was able to negotiate with the landlord team so that the CAT A could reflect Record's proposed CAT B works. This allowed our client to benefit from both reduced CAT B costs and timeline.
Francis Hunter took the CAT B process through initial design and specification to a full tender and onto a successful delivery phase. This Cat B fit out provided an excellent workplace that allowed Record to have a fully operational kitchen and breakout space while conforming to budget and timescale.
