Following appointment by Henderson UK Property Fund and Arun Asset Management, Francis Hunter undertook the Project Management and Contract Administration services on this back to frame refurbishment project to combine four units into two new larger distribution units.

The project took four tired 1970's warehouse units, retaining existing frame and warehouse slabs to create two modern low energy distribution warehouses close to the busy hub of Heathrow's International Freight terminal.

The project was acquired speculatively and created a very economical development significantly undercutting the competition. The project was turned around in seven months, minimizing void periods.
