Perenco is an independent, privately owned, oil and gas company established in 1975. The company are involved in both on and offshore operations that cover Northern Europe to Africa and from South America to Southeast Asia.

After an extensive building search for a far larger and more reliable office, Perenco took on a lease in a hidden gem unearthed just off King's Road in London.

The key to this project was to establish timeframes and budgets early on in the process to provide a first-class new office before lease expiry at Perenco's existing premises.

By working closely with the leadership team, Francis Hunter created a bespoke procurement route that enabled significant savings to both time and budget.

The design was led by interior designers and architects and the works were procured on a detail and build basis.
