Following our successful management of Origin's main HQ relocation they asked us to manage their exciting showroom project at the same location. This space would to show all of their innovative and high quality products within a residential environment.

To allow sufficient space to peruse the products a timber frame house was constructed as the centre point with a separate product gallery. The timber house allows customers to see how each of the products would look and work from both in and outside the mocked up residential setup.

As the project moved into the design and implementation stages our team carried out the Contract administration, cost consultancy and project management roles.

This produced a high quality product within budget while programming the main contractor works with specific time slots for the Origin product to be installed during the build timeline.
