Founded in 2002, Origin Global recognised a gap in the UK market for high quality bi-folding doors. They decided to design, create and manufacture the highest quality bi-folding doors in the UK and support this with uncompromising levels of service.

Since then, Origin have continued to work tirelessly to create bi-folding doors which offer flawless design and functionality.  This has led to a rapid growth that required larger premises in High Wycombe giving a better representation of the Origin brand by allowing space that will specifically suit their purposes both now and in the future.

While retaining their original Sands building Origin refurbished an existing tired office and warehouse property on the Cressex Business Park producing a high quality office, training and light manufacturing space. In addition this left a significant ground floor area for a future product showroom. The refurbishment works, managed by Francis Hunter included both Cat A and B fit outs which we combined to allow Origin to benefit from both cost and programme synergies.

Fundamental to the move was Origin's desire for new ways of agile working to help their staff become more productive. In addition, the move had to provide an excellent workplace, keep to both a client and landlord budget and take place within a tight timescale.

Having been appointed during the property search Francis Hunter were able to use their extensive property and workplace knowledge to assist in the best property option analysis.
