Following the successful completion of 60,000 sqft of offices and in parallel with Octopus' continued growth, the company once more approached Francis Hunter to expand to a third floor and unite the entire Octopus work force.

Similar to the previous project, Floor 8 required the wholesale replacement of the Cat A services which included the refurbishment of a base build toilet block. The new floor also developed the look and feel from the lower floors, integrating key design concepts.

We quickly developed the space planning with the client team by reinstating the relationship with the previous contractor and sub consultants. On completion of this project the three floors were re-stacked to allow Octopus to fully integrate all the teams across the 90,000 sqft space.
