With a lease expiry looming over their old office, Octopus Investments and Francis Hunter were faced with a relocation project driven by a tight time frame. We engaged early with Octopus's leadership to establish key milestones and ensure the project ran smoothly.

Leading the technical negotiation on the space we secured a significant landlord contribution for this combined Cat A and Cat B fit out.

Initially working with Concept Architects to set the design principles, the fit out was delivered on a detail and build basis.

The final results are universally admired and this complex, complicated and highly pressured project benchmarks work of this type. We have gone on to deliver another floor in the building for Octopus as their business grows from strength to strength.
