NICE Systems are a world leader in intent-based solutions to provide improved security and surveillance to a wide range of business sectors.

Through a process of acquisitions, NICE Systems previously occupied three existing offices located across London. This office consolidation and relocation project has provided the company with a single and purpose-built space.

In addition to the task of managing the completion of Cat B works in the new space, Francis Hunter were also tasked with the management of NICE System's exits from two of the three existing London offices.

These challenges were successful due to Francis Hunter's ability to coordinate between the local team and with the Israel-based global estate team.

The completion of the office relocation has resulted in further business with the London team on various similar projects.
