It's that time of year when offices gather together for their festive parties and Francis Hunter was no exception.

Our day out took us to Whistle Punks Urban Axe Throwing but who would be for the chop?

Never one to shy away from a bit of friendly competition, we pitted construction against fit-out.

After a few practice throws, the axe-tion started. Hitting the target was not always easy but eventually, after a fiercely contested semi-final, we got down to the two finalists; David Lunt vs Matt Harris!

An axe-citing finale ensued, with a few close shaves, before David Lunt, representing the construction team, was declared the winner.

We're already planning our next challenges for 2020.
