Dawsongroup have been granted planning permission for their new three storey headquarters building in Tongwell, Milton Keynes.

During the consideration period the design team worked hard to progress the design, reflecting the aspirations of the Client to create a more flexible, high quality office building that is appropriate for their current and future needs.

A key driver of the scheme is the promotion of environmental targets, reflecting Dawson’s commitment to employee well-being, sustainable growth and their journey to net-zero.

Works will now commence on phase 1 with demolition and enabling, clearing the way for the main construction and fitout due to start later this year.
