Time certainly flies when you're busy and having fun!

We can't quite believe it's been a year since Francis Hunter Project Management completed our project with Altos Labs in collaboration with Area and an amazing design team Maze Workplace, MCW, Glanville Consultants Ltd, Hoare Lea, Scotch Partners, SOCOTEC, QS Associates (Maureen Silva), Design Integration Ltd.

Altos Labs is a biotechnology company focused on restoring cell health and resilience through cell rejuvenation to reverse disease, injury, and the disabilities that can occur throughout life.

Our early engagement with the leadership team allowed Francis Hunter (in conjunction with Devono | Certified B Corp) to assist Altos in sourcing the best property to suit their needs. Following this, we led Altos through the initial design, procurement and eventual delivery of Cat B fitout which included both laboratory and office spaces.

The new facility was supplemented with a large atrium, cafe and a 100 seat seminar theatre.

What a wonderful space they've been enjoying over the last 12 months.
