Francis Hunter Project Management recently completed a ‘light-touch’ fit out of the common areas at The Foundry, Hammersmith. With Thirdway leading the build contract, the works included a new coffee bar and break-out space in the atrium, a roof terrace and bar, and reception / common areas make-over. We think the space has really come alive!

These works concluded our 5th repeat project at The Foundry for AXA Investment Managers following the building’s major refurbishment in 2017.

AXA went on to successfully trade the building mid works which moved seamlessly into the Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) portfolio.
