FHPM Ltd were appointed by Exterion Media in late 2016 to project manage a 22k sqft office with emphasis on agile working promoted by an in-depth workplace study. The company undertook radical changes  to their working practices incorporating new ways of working. The move from Camden in to Central London was a huge success for all involved.

Becton Dickinson have merged two UK locations into a central Berkshire location. FHPM Ltd have been appointed to assist the organisation in achieving its goals. This client is our first pharmaceuticals client in many years. We are thrilled to be working with the team and look forward to the finished project in April 2017.

Merlin Entertainments have appointed FHPM Ltd to manage a 18k sqft project incorporating the consolidation of space to create an agile, activity based collaboration environment.

Nutricia are undergoing a 33k sqft churn project incorporating a large-scale refubishment in occupation. We are delighted to be working with this client (a member of the Danone organisation).

DAF Trucks project in Haddenham is well underway with planning approval expected mid-March and base build contractors soon to be appointed.
