Practical Completion of Eden Campus, Kingston! 

We are thrilled to announce the practical completion of the Eden Campus in Kingston.

This development provides 290,000 sq ft of commercial office space across two buildings, with Unilever taking the Lease on both buildings, as well as a new car park with 356 car parking spaces, with 30% of them equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. One of the project’s standout features is the creation of a new publically accessible woodland walk, enhancing the green space in the area and promoting well-being for all who visit.

The project has achieved an EPC A rating, BREEAM Excellent certification, and WIRED Platinum status.
