Francis Hunter Project Management are delighted with the recent practical completion and employee occupation for Merlin Entertainments of their new London office at Arbor, Bankside. 

Taking the 13,500 sqft 16th floor in CAT A, this inventive and playful design perfectly represents the many brands of Merlin while remaining a welcoming and agile workspace for their employees. The design was a team collaboration between Oktra, Maze Workplace and Merlin Entertainments with Simon Jeffery leading the project management team. The overall programme was 11no months with 16no weeks onsite works. 

This represented our 5th project for Merlin and we look forward to continuing this relationship when the opportunity arises.
