Following the conclusion of the tender process, we have been working closely with Oktra to develop the Cat B fitout design of Merlin Entertainments new HQ in the Arbor Building, Southwark. The space was taken over as Cat A as shown below and we can’t wait to see this transformation come to life.

Prior to the tender and throughout 2023, Maze Workplace, part of the Francis Hunter Group, prepared a significant amount of interior design work to RIBA Stage 2.5. This package formed the basis of the Employer’s Requirements for tender.

Oktra are now three weeks in to a sixteen week on-site delivery programme.
