The Francis Hunter Group has launched a new workstream targeting landlords, to sit alongside its existing work with developers and occupiers.
This new division is a complementary addition to the Group's core areas of expertise and comes as a result of client demand, according to the company founders.
Matt Harris, director at Francis Hunter Group, said: "We have been working directly with landlords for some time but with the recent increase in enhanced Cat A work ??" in part driven by the serviced office market ??" our services are in even greater demand. It therefore made sense to respond to this opportunity by setting up this new workstream."
David Lunt, director at Francis Hunter Group, added: "Our experience working with developers and occupiers means we can add real value to landlords on enhancing a property, whether the objective is to maximise the value or prepare it for sale or lease."
This move into the landlord sector will be led by chairman, David Nurser who was appointed earlier this year. His 35 years of experience in this sector will allow the Group to tap into his business network and knowledge.
Landlords will be able to benefit from the expertise of the whole of the Francis Hunter Group, from in-house interior design provided by Maze Workplace as well as an experienced project management team.
The Group has worked with clients such as Merlin Entertainment, DAF Trucks, Cognizant, DS Smith, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Columbia Threadneedle and AXA Real Estate.
