Progress continues at a pace at Eden Campus; Kingston and Francis Hunter were pleased to join McLaughlin & Harvey for their “client event” tour and presentation of the site earlier this month.

The tours were conducted over several afternoons, where guests had the opportunity to hear about the project’s journey including all the design and procurement challenges the Team had to overcome to get the project to fruition with a walk around the buildings.

Once complete later this Year, the Unilever Campus will consist of 360,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and a 354 space multi storey car park. The buildings are designed and built, focusing on minimal embodied and operational carbon. McLaughlin & Harvey, supported by the entire Project Team have worked collaboratively to ensure all issues are dealt with in a timely and positive manner to deliver the buildings on time and in budget.

We are planning to follow up this successful tour in early/mid-June when the building will be entering final stages of the build, so do let us know if you would be interested in joining us.
