In May 2018, one of our project managers Chris McCabe and a group of friends from Epsom Cycling Club took on the challenge of cycling from London to Paris, specifically from Epsom Clock Tower to the Eiffel Tower within 24 hours.

After 13,000ft of elevational climbs and 272 miles, they limped in beneath the Paris landmark in a time of 23 hours and 56 mins.

Chris, who has just about recovered, said: "It was a massive achievement for everyone involved and one we're all very proud of. Although I think we'll stick to social rides to the pub from now on!"
