Merlin Entertainments is Europe's largest visitor attraction operator. Merlin Business Support (MBS) is the business services division and it operates from three offices in Chessington, Kingston upon Thames.
Following Francis Hunter Group's previous project at Merlin Entertainments' Head Office in Poole in 2017, the company was re-appointed in 2018 to oversee work at Chessington.
Francis Hunter provided project management, cost consulting and contract administration roles for the common areas refurbishment. The project involved refurbishing and increasing the existing toilets, replacing the fire alarm, refurbishing tea points and adding a new focal point market square breakfast space.
During the project Francis Hunter was able to use its expertise to provide excellent value for money for the client while managing a complete refurbishment programme in an occupied building.
