To accommodate growth, and on the back of a recent transaction, L3 Harris took a pre-let on a speculative warehouse development at Bedford Link.

Working with the developer's team a significant package of tenants enhancements were integrated into the base build construction. The space included a 50,000 sqft office over a new mezzanine, a triple story height demonstration hall and a fully serviced production area.
