Dating back to 1906 Kuoni is one of the market leading bespoke holiday suppliers.

Francis Hunter was brought on board after Kuoni had tendered a number of design and build companies for its move to 1 Alie Street, London. As part of our project management, quantity surveyor and employer's agent roles we worked with Kuoni to take its chosen tenderer's costs and programme and bring them in line with company expectations. This involved a detailed value engineering process and review of how the landlord's CAT A works could be influenced to save both time and money.

Once the landlord's CAT A works were onsite we had a monitoring role to ensure these works were carried out satisfactorily.

Following this process we carried on with the delivery of the new 20,000 sqft office to ensure its successful completion.

Maze Workplace was then appointed to choose, procure and manage the delivery of new furniture for the project. Again this involved value engineering to provide Kuoni with the best available product within the company's cost expectations.
