Following an end of lease trigger, Insight decided to take the opportunity to downsize their office space from an existing 45,000 sqft to less than 19,000 sqft with a heavy call for hot desking, agile working spaces and exploring new ways of working. Insight engaged the services of Maze Workplace to test fit their building options to ensure they found the right space.  They then went on to develop concept and detail design.

Francis Hunter provided Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Contract Administrator roles throughout the project.

The project wasn't without its challenges to keep things interesting ... a change in building part way through, an existing displacement mechanical system that required supplementary air con for heavy use areas, together with a build contract starting before the COVID 19 pandemic and managing to practically complete during the first lockdown, all required very careful management.
