Following a decision to take on an executive London Office IFG have completed a Cat B office fit out that accurately reflects the company's brand and profile.

Francis Hunter were met with the challenge to manage a fast track program that would take place over three and a half months from the initial concept all the way through to practical completion.

The Cat B contract works and furniture procurement were negotiated with IFG's preferred design and build constructor to ensure they achieved a fit out of exceptional standard, managed within budget and delivered on a strict timetable.

The office design was split over two floors and was carried out to a high specification to produce a high quality corporate environment that represented IFG as a company.
