Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is a leading research-based global pharmaceutical company committed to enriching lives worldwide. Headquartered in Mumbai, they have offices across the world.  During 2017, Glenmark agreed with its landlord to vacate its existing office in Croxley Park and relocate to the new Building 2. Moving to the ground floor office space allowed Glenmark to remain at Croxley but relocate to an improved space.

Having previously project managed the main Building 2 construction, Francis Hunter was further employed by the Croxley Park landlord to provide project management, cost consultancy and employer's agent roles on behalf of Glenmark. Workspace design consultants, Maze Workplace, was also appointed and consulted on space planning,

scheme design and furniture for the organisation's corporate functions.

From the in depth brief taking process, through budget & programme approval and culminating in the onsite delivery phase, Francis Hunter was involved at every stage. The works were procured on a competitive turnkey detail and build basis with Francis Hunter managing the single stage tender process to ensure the design brief was met while conforming to the allocated budget.

The programme had to be delivered to achieve both the landlord's and Glenmark's particular timescale requirements. The 20,000 sqft project was completed over eight months with the final move taking place during February 2018 within the agreed budget and timescales.
