Fuel3D Technologies develops innovative 3D scanning solutions for leading global brands and pioneering organisations. Its core technology platform rapidly and accurately captures and analyses texture, colour, shape and volume data, making it a world-class solution for organic subjects and human form applications.
Francis Hunter was initially appointed to support the acquisition of the new lease and project manage the fit out (contract administrator, project management, value engineering, cost consultancy). After our initial meeting, Fuel 3D also decided to appoint Maze Workplace, part of the Francis Hunter Group, to provide an initial design solution that supported a detail and build route to construction.
Gary Lovejoy, Project Manager at Francis Hunter, said: "Fuel3D was the first tenant in the new development, so we knew we had to factor in time to allow for any unexpected issues that could arise. Our team had six months from our initial meeting with the client to complete this project and it was great to see the final move successfully completed in June 2018."
The project was completed on programme and within the original budget.
