Exterion Media is the leading out-of-home media company. Their vision is to be number one in engaging urban audiences across the UK. To assist achieving this goal and due to a lease expiry fast approaching they decided to relocate to new offices in Holborn.
Exterion Media has relocated their work force from a dated space in Camden to a modern Holborn office resulting in a highly efficient workspace that inspires productivity.
Fundamental to the move was Exterion's desire for new ways of agile working to help their staff become more productive. In addition, the move had to provide an excellent workplace, conform to the budget and take place within a tight timescale.
Having been appointed during the property search Francis Hunter were able to use their extensive property and workplace knowledge to assist in the best property option analysis. As the project moved into the design and implementation stages our team carried out the Contract administration, cost consultancy and project management roles.
The works were completed over a fast track programme to allow a lease expiry exit from their existing office space. Achieving a Ska gold rating added to the measurable success of this project.
