Having been appointed to manage a number of Enterprise projects, Francis Hunter was brought on board to help with a new a modern grade A office at 203 London Road
offering flexible space over three floors.
We assisted Enterprise to negotiate a landlord contribution to carry out the majority of the Cat A refurbishment to the whole building. This Cat A works was carried out in one process with the tenant's Cat B fit out which allowed Enterprise to benefit from both time and cost benefits.
The new office space included a central atrium. To allow the ground floor to be marketed to a sub tenant this was infilled with a new accommodation stair between the 1st and 2nd floors.
Francis Hunter was employed in our project management, quantity surveyor and employer's agent roles to take the project from initial brief, through landlord negotiations, tendering and value engineering, through to a successful delivery.
Throughout the process we were able to show excellent value for money and programme management.
