Francis Hunter were tasked with reviewing the scope and scale of the Cat A refurbishment and Cat B fit-out with a focus to include the early introduction of a new central accommodation staircase to the building review.

The success of the project was due to the work being carried out under a standard design and build contract. The two buildings on this site will eventually provide Enterprise holdings and its operating UK business with 85,000 sqft of good quality office and support facilities.
