Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an internationally recognised brand, with more than 6,000 neighbourhood and airport locations worldwide. The organisation places great importance on customer service and this principle is at the heart of the organisation.

Over a three-year period, Francis Hunter and Enterprise Rent-a-Car completed three phases of moves from their existing Aldershot offices. Francis Hunter's involvement in the early stages of the relocation process assisted in securing the new spaces at favourable terms with the specification short comings that were fully appreciated by the whole team.

All three of these projects required a strip out to shell and core with new Cat A and B systems including the implementation of new mechanical and electrical systems.

Francis Hunter achieved some innovative and high-quality designs during the phase one move through a full and competitive design and build tender. Due to the success of phase one, the later phases were implemented on a negotiation basis.
