Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an internationally recognised brand, with more than 6,000 neighbourhood and airport locations worldwide. The organisation places great importance on customer service and this principle is at the heart of the organisation.

Francis Hunter were appointed as Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Contract Administrator for the Cat A refurbishment and Cat B fit out of Integra House.

Enterprise had already selected their preferred contractor from previous developments so Francis Hunter issued rules of engagement with commercial terms based on a recently completed works between the client and contractor.

Once the scope of works and contract sum were agreed an amended JCT Design and Build contract was entered into.

This project marked our 6th for Enterprise and was successfully completed on time and on budget.
