Our team at Francis Hunter became involved at an early stage on a building selection process which included a stay and replenish option. Following consultation with the Egmont management team and property consultants CPA, the famous Monsoon Yellow Building in West London is now home to Egmont employees.
The key for this project was to consolidate Egmont's two previous offices into one new office working within a short lease expiry on the existing space in Kensington.
Our team negotiated the building contract with Egmont's incumbent fit out contractor. In addition to core responsibilities of project management, cost consultancy and Contract administration, we also provided key continuity across the project during a period of restructuring by Egmont.
The new space provides agile working in an office design that compliments the high specification industrial landscape of the building. A palette of bright colours was selected to offset the base build's exposed concrete finishes.
