Corona Energy is a leading independent gas and electricity supplier to UK businesses. With over 20 years' experience, they currently supply 14% of the industrial and commercial gas market and they have around 13,000 customers.
Having spent the previous three years project managing the planning and construction of Building 2 Croxley Park Watford, in December 2017, Francis Hunter Group was appointed by Corona Energy to manage its relocation into new 20,000 sqft offices.
The CAT B project consisted of an initial briefing, design development, negotiation and value engineering process. The works on site commenced in August 2018 and were completed by the end of October 2018. The whole schedule of works was carefully planned to align with the landlord's timings for the lease commencement.
