In conjunction with Maze Workplace, Francis Hunter assisted Cognizant through the tendering and delivery process for a CAT B refurbishment in two phases; phase one for ground and first floors totalling 8,702 sqft and then 2nd floor plus reception at 5,649 sqft.
Francis Hunter managed this process through a full tender for Phase 1 and then a negotiated route for Phase 2 with the winning Phase 1 contractor.
Employed in our project management, quantity surveyor and employers agent roles we ensured that Cognizant achieved cost efficiencies and an excellent level of specification suitable for the project.
The new office space has allowed Cognizant to successfully expand into the Irish market.
