On the back of the early surrender of British Retail Consortium's previous office space Francis Hunter assisted in a downsizing project, leading BRC through the initial design, tendering and delivery for their new Cat B office.
Fundamental to the success of the project was the move to a collaborative and agile working environment, whilst retaining the individual identities of BRC and BRC Global Standards.
The team at Francis Hunter worked to manage the exit from BRC's existing London offices in addition to the ongoing Cat B works on the current project. The project was tendered on a single stage turn key design and build basis.
