Following the acquisition of Astral Towers, a landmark office building within Crawley, Francis Hunter were responsible for the coordination and contract administration of the major extension and refurbishment of the approach, reception areas and common parts.

A large, spacious and modern foyer was created by combining various ground floor elements. The project had to be carried out sensitively around existing occupiers.

The resultant space has transformed the overall perception of the building and contributed towards the near-full occupation of the previously largely vacant office building.

Further elements including the overhaul and refurbishment of all of the common parts, lifts, toilets etc, has now extended the life of this office building substantially.
