Ardagh Group is a leading supplier of value-added, infinitely recyclable, metal and glass packaging solutions for the world's leading brands.

Following Francis Hunter's previous successful project for Ardagh whereby we project managed its relocation to 10 Portman Square in 2014, the company asked us, in 2019, to manage a project to reduce its existing reception space and expand the administration office.

Fundamental to the project was to ensure these changes were complementary to the original high quality fitout while also being cost-effective.  The reception space needed to be used throughout the works so the programming and co-ordination of works were important to keep disruption to a minimum.

Francis Hunter was employed in its usual project management, quantity surveyor and contract administrator roles to successfully complete this project on time and in budget. We managed the process through a negotiated route with a design and build contractor who had successfully completed the original 2014 fit out.

The new office space has allowed Ardagh to successfully expand its administration office while keeping the high quality look and feel from the original move.
