In 2014, AXA Real Estate together engaged Francis Hunter to assemble a comprehensive design team to look at a long-term strategy to consolidate the commercial business activity on 77 Fulham Palace Road.

This appointment continued throughout the construction phase to its successful completion.

In 2018 whilst acting as cost consultant, project manager and employer's agent, Francis Hunter provided further assistance in the sub-division of an existing open floor plate to form two smaller suites, including separation of building services.
